- Do Shopele1 ship internationally?
- No, We deliver within India only.
- I am not able to place COD order
- Possibly you already have a COD order that has not yet delivered. As per company policy second COD order can be placed only after delivery of first COD order, Try either online payment mode or wait for delivery of first order.
- Payment has been deducted however transaction not processed?
- Generally, payments would be refunded within 7 working days.
- Will I get the benefit of BP System?
- Yes, all benefits shall be transferred as per DTM policy.
- Can I change DTM Id after placing an order?
- No, once the order is processed you cannot change any information.
- Can i modify my billing or contact details?
- No, once an invoice has been raised you cannot alter any detail.
Delivery-
- After how many days delivery takes place?
- Generally, it’s done within 5 working days, however at times it may take longer time.
- I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
- The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery first time.You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again
- The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

- Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
- A shipment can’t be opened before delivery, However it depends on logistic company’s policy.
- I mistakenly rejected to accept delivery, what should I do?
- In case If you have rejected mistakenly a delivery, do inform on oncustomer care and we will ship again once we receive goods back.
