Returns Policy

 

At Shopele1.com (Dauphin Travel Marketing Pvt Ltd) we ensure to deliver right product in right condition at right time to right customer,  however if still any discrepancy occurred than we take products return.

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged,defective or has missing parts/accessories.

 

  1. Return/replacement will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
    • the product packing, label, box, bottle or any accessory is not tempered.
    • a request to return the product is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
    • the video will be made keeping in view the following and will be sent to us. Make a video in such a way that following aspect are covered in video:
      • That the parcel is closed from all sides and was not opened before making a video.
      • Opening of the parcel.
      • Moving goods from the parcel.
      • Condition of goods brought out of parcel.

 

  1. Procedure to return/replace a product.
  • raise a return/replacement request within time allowed.
  • mail the video to order@shopele1.com.
  • the request will be processed and if accepted, a collection boy will come to delivery address and collect back the goods.
  • after collection and acceptance, fresh goods will be delivered at the same address.
  • only replacement of goods will be done. The amount will not be refunded in any case.

 

  1. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Shopele1.com shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

 

  1. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned/replaced/exchanged.

 

  1. No return request shall be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

 

  1. User has to return all products and freebees in same condition as delivered
